Since the early days of Japanese wine, Château Mercian has continued to introduce new cultivation methods and take on the challenge of new winemaking techniques,and for the development of Japanese wine as a whole, we have been involved in activities such as the publication of new techniques, human resource development, the utilization of idle land, andthe creation of employment. We aim to coexist with the local community, nature, and the future.

We hope that Japanese wine will become a drink that is loved and enjoyed by people in Japan and around the world. And we hope that Japan will become a world-famous wine-producing region.
